Ms Marjorie Wee is an experienced corporate lawyer with more than 20 years of experience. Her main areas of practice and specialty are in cross border transactions with a focus on foreign direct investment work (both outbound and inbound) in the People’s Republic of China, capital markets work (including initial public offerings of companies on the Singapore and Hong Kong Stock Exchanges), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate advisory matters, and general corporate work.

Prior to joining Ho & Wee LLP, Marjorie was a partner in a large local firm where she was registered as a Registered Professional with the Singapore Stock Exchange, supervising the continuing sponsorship activities of companies listed on Catalist. Marjorie has also practised with a Magic Circle Law Firm in Shanghai.

Marjorie also advises on trusts, wills, and probate and real estate matters.

Marjorie was called to the Singapore Bar in 1999.
