CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES: 

1) CORPORATE ASSOCIATE

We are seeking an associate with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join us.  As we take on a wide spectrum of corporate work, the candidate must be Singapore qualified with relevant experience in corporate work, corporate secretarial and general solicitor’s work.

Requirements:

• Provide legal advice and support on corporate and commercial matters.
• Research and advice on relevant laws and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in drafting and negotiating complex contracts and agreements.
• An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• IT savvy and comfortable using MS office applications and willingness to learn new software when required.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently.

 

2) LEGAL ASSOCIATE (REAL ESTATE)

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 2 to 3 years PQE to join our team.

The candidate should be familiar with conveyancing and real estate matters including sale, purchase and refinancing matters.
